The Autonoma University of Barcelona is inviting staff from International Offices and Library Services to their exchange opportunity: Erasmus Staff Week on 16-20 October 2023.
The Autonoma University of Barcelona is pleased to announce the first BIP Erasmus Staff Week open to all staff members of our partner Universities who work in the field of International Offices or Library Services. The physical part will be held on 16th – 20th October 2023 and there will be 2 virtual sessions, on the 11th and 25th October.
The training days will focus on Internationalitation and Library challenges, from an overview on current uses and practices, up to discussions on opportunities ahead. The event represents a unique opportunity to learn and network with colleagues from across the globe. You can find the preliminary Programme attached in this email.
Online Registration is now open until 26 June of 2023. Confirmation of selected and non-selected participants will be sent by 30th June of 2023.
Language requirements:
The working language for all sessions is English. A minimum level of B2 is required to follow the sessions.
Who can register?
- Open to all (administrative/teaching) staff members of our Partner Universities who work in the field of internationalization or Libraries.
- Number of participants is limited to 15 colleagues from Libraries and 20 from IROs. Staff of ECIU Universities have selection priority.
- UAB undertakes a selection process to guarantee the selected participants best match with the objectives of the International Staff Week.
- Confirmation of selected and non-selected participants will be sent the 30th June.
- Unfortunately, for capacity reasons we are unable to accept staff for job shadowing or individual training visits out of the ESW scheme.
