ECIU meeting at TUL - WP7

A meeting of the working group from ECIU is taking place at TUL. 25 people from different ECIU universities came to us to exchange knowledge, discuss and set the goals for the next steps. They are all connected to the work package 7 - Service, support, and user experience.

ECIU University services and support are available to all stakeholders participating in ECIU University
activities, with the aim of achieving smooth participation in activities, ensuring
excellent user experience, and building loyalty and motivation to continue as a member of the community.

The group that came to Lodz is discussing the User experience issues connected to ECIU and the digital platform DXP prepared especially by and for our consortium. They debate how to get organised internally in order to guarantee the availability of user services and what are the internal and external challenges. Also, the vision of the future of the ECIU Service Centre is under debate and what major developments will take place.
